We crafted an integrated, dynamic strategy that blended website design, targeted media planning, sophisticated marketing automation, and a subscription model. This powerhouse combination was designed to supercharge ROI, forge deeper customer connections, and deliver results that would leave the competition in the dust.
THE SOLUTION

Starting with a Shopify Plus website, we created a design that encapsulated ZOA’s brand essence, integrating it directly with ZOA’s 3PL for seamless logistics. Next, we rolled out a multichannel paid media strategy to drive targeted traffic to the website.
To further refine audience targeting and messaging, we implemented a marketing automation solution using Klaviyo. Alongside this, we automated emails for customer education and subscription-based content using Recharge, providing a smooth customer service solution.
The final touch to our integrated DtC strategy was the implementation of a subscription model. This allowed ZOA to connect directly with their customers, selling energy drinks through recurring subscriptions, reinforcing their brand presence and customer loyalty.
